We loved staying here!

We loved staying here! Nicolas and his parents are so lovely :) they made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay! The view and location were amazing... we also came at the perfect time - olive season!! They had the best olive oil!

Ein super herzlicher Empfang, schönes sauberes Zimmer! Alles hat super geklappt und die Mama konnte auch deutsch sprechen. Man hat ein wunderschönen Blick von der Terrasse in die Berge. Alles in allem würden wir definitiv wiederkommen. Danke für die Zeit! Liebe Grüße von David und Sophie

Nicolas is the best host we had ever. What a kind soul. We arrived pretty late but we still was welcome by Nicolas mother Eva she is super nice and beautiful woman. We have fantastic stay in Tuscany...

Appartamento minimal ma con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno, ideale per due persone con splendida vista sulle colline... nella sua semplicità c´è tutto ciò che serve!

Appartamento pulitissimo, comodo e funzionale. Fresco nonostante il gran caldo fuori, non c´è bisogno di aria condizionata. Ci è stato dato un appartamento migliore di quello inizialmente scelto, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cesto di frutta e del pane fresco e marmellata fatta in casa (inaspettata e piacevole sorpresa). La comunicazione con Nicolas è stata puntuale ed efficiente, i suoi genitori ci hanno accolto nel migliore dei modi. Per me ottimo il rapporto qualità / prezzo. Consigliatissimo per chi arriva in auto e vuole visitare i dintorni (Firenze è a ca 45 min), al riparo dalla confusione.

We spent a lovely New Year in this place. When we arrived there was a bowl of fruit, fresh bread and a pandoro cake to celebrate the New Year. The hosts were kind and welcoming. The room was warm, the shower hot and the Wi-Fi good. The area around is wonderful to explore for walkers. La Balze and the forest around Castello di Sammezzano are worth a visit. Florence is about 45 mins drive away and Arezzo a little further. For a self contained bedsit I considered it good value.

Posto ben oltre l'aspettativa. Per la posizione e per i piccoli particolari. Per l' accoglienza e riservatezza. È un posto tranquillo e molto adatto per chi vuole trascorrere dei giorni in tutta tranquillità.

Spicca inoltre l'ospitalit e la disponibilit del signor e della signora P., persone lodevoli e di ottima compagnia. Possibilit di degustare olio e vino delle zone dalla valle del Chianti.Un ringraziamento speciale dagli amici di Anagni/Fiuggi terme."

"Conforme nos attentes. Les propri taires sont absolument charmants, discrets et disponibles en cas de besoin. Demander leur quoi visiter et o allez, ils savent tout! Le cadre est magnifique, c'est tr s calme et on est tr s bien plac pour visiter Florence et la Toscane. L'appartement est tr s spacieux et c'est tr s propre. Les nouveaux appartements sont splendides (mais les photos ne sont pas encore sur le site!)!!!"

September seems a good time to visit, although still many tourists in Florence. Delicious olive oil, from their own olives, too! Thoroughly enjoyable."
